Terms of Service — DateMyAge AI

These terms set out the deal between you and DateMyAge AI. They are written to be read, not skipped.

1. Agreement to these termsBy using DateMyAge AI you accept these terms in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, please stop using the service.
2. EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
3. What the service isDateMyAge AI provides fictional companion characters for entertainment conversation. It is not a dating service and no companion is a real person.
4. No human relationship impliedCompanions do not represent, impersonate or stand in for any living individual. Any resemblance to real people is unintended.
5. Account creationYou agree to give accurate registration details and to keep them current.
6. Account securityYou are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
7. One account per personCreating multiple accounts to evade limits, bans or free-tier restrictions is prohibited.
8. Acceptable useYou may not use DateMyAge AI to harass others, publish unlawful material, attempt to depict minors, or pursue any illegal purpose.
9. Prohibited contentRequests involving real identifiable people, violence against persons, or unlawful sexual content will be refused and may end your account.
10. Automated accessScraping, crawling, bulk downloading or reverse engineering any part of the service is not permitted.
11. Service interferenceDo not attempt to disrupt availability, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, or bypass rate limits.
12. Content ownershipAll companion characters, written material, imagery and design elements on DateMyAge AI remain our property or that of our licensors.
13. Your licence to useWe grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial enjoyment.
14. Your messagesYou keep ownership of what you write. You grant us the limited right to store and process it to operate the service.
15. Generated outputConversation output is provided for personal use. You may not resell it or present it as the words of a real individual.
16. Free and paid tiersSome features require a paid plan. Included features are described at the point of purchase.
17. Billing and renewalPaid plans renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. The renewal price is the price shown at purchase unless we notify you otherwise.
18. CancellationYou may cancel at any time from your account settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
19. RefundsRefunds are handled according to the policy shown at checkout and any mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.
20. Price changesWe will give reasonable advance notice of any price change and you may cancel before it applies.
21. Trials and promotionsPromotional offers may carry additional conditions, which are stated with the offer.
22. AvailabilityWe aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and outages happen.
23. Changes to the serviceFeatures may be added, altered or withdrawn. Material reductions to a paid plan will be communicated in advance.
24. Third-party servicesPayment, hosting and delivery partners have their own terms which apply to their part of the transaction.
25. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice where it is reasonable to give it.
26. Effect of terminationOn termination your licence ends and access to companions and chat history stops.
27. DisclaimerThe service is supplied as is. Companion replies are fiction and are not advice of any professional kind.
28. Not a crisis resourceDateMyAge AI cannot help in an emergency. Contact your local emergency number or a qualified professional.
29. Limitation of liabilityTo the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
30. IndemnityYou agree to cover losses arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
31. Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes go to the courts there unless local law says otherwise.
32. Updates to these termsRevisions are posted on this page with a new date, and continued use after that date means acceptance.
